As a software architect and developer, David has completed national and international projects for BHP Billiton, BlueScope Steel, Mayne Pharma, Ticketek (Softix), NSW Farmers Associations, Gladstone Ports Corporation, The Wine Society, Global Surf Industries, Bach Consulting, Ok Tedi Mining and Voice Project.
David is the owner of Ripteq, and is a company director for Global Surf Industries. He originally started Oxon Data Systems in 1997 that was sold as part of the Bluearc Group to public company Blue Freeway in 2008.
With an educational background in Commerce (Bachelor degree UNSW), David specialises in building line of business applications with soul. He’s come a long way since importing a Sinclair ZX-81 computer into Australia at age 14, however software development is never far from his thoughts.
When not building (or thinking about building) software, he’s chasing his two kids and dogs around Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
